Job description

The Customer Service Assistant will become a part of our customer-facing ecommerce efforts. Working with our existing agents, you will interface directly with our customers under guidance, both online and at select events, to help drive customer satisfaction. 

Your furture tasks: 

  • Answering customer e-mails and support tickets
  • Handling of return cases
  • Assisting with creating and adjusting English and German product descriptions
  • Helping with set-up of and selling at 3-4 events per year in Central Europe

Job requirements

 Must Have:

  • Experience in working directly with end customers in a retail or customer service position
  • Experience working with Microsoft Word & Excel (or comparable software)
  • Basic knowledge about eSports games and teams
  • Fluent in English & German

Nice to Have: 

  • Knowledge of French or Polish is a big plus
